Main students’ selection criteria

Candidates must be between 18 and 24 years old, and able to read and write Khmer. They are selected based on motivation, and socioeconomic background and priority are given to women and school drop-outs.

Average entry education level of students

Grade 4 to 12 – a majority of students not having finished lower secondary education (grade 9)

Training programmes & content
  • Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Service
  • Cooking

Both programmes include Global Knowledge, English, Computer, Math, Hospitality Core Courses, Hospitality Functional Courses and Professional Life Skills.

DURATION OF TRAINING

12 months, including a 22-week internship

CERTIFICATE AWARDED UPON COMPLETION

Diploma co-signed by the school and the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training
