Main students’ selection criteria

Candidates must be between 17 and 25 years old and have a minimum education level equivalent to grade 7. They come from families earning a maximum monthly income of $35 per person in the household. They should show strong motivation, honesty, team spirit and be hardworking. Entry tests include written and oral Khmer tests and motivation interviews.

  • Pastry and Bakery

The training programme includes pastry technical skills as well as courses in English, mathematics, computer science, introduction to business, personal development, hygiene, and equipment security rules.
