Training programmes & content
Shwe Sa Bwe provides Service & Culinary training program: Cooking training, Service training, and Bakery training. The students follow a curriculum for either cooking or service. English classes are offered during training.
The training restaurant doors are open for bistro-style lunches & gastronomic dinners. Sourced from local ingredients to offer the freshest, and seasonal availabilities in Myanmar, the tasting menu changes every month. The restaurant also offers a home-made selection of pastries and cakes. Every aspect of your dining experience is performed by the students, under the close supervision of experienced teachers and seniors.
